*Barich de Washoe, was bred by Don Luis de Ybarra y Ybarra, Spain.
Imported to US en utero 1965 by Andrew Steen, he died in 1991.
He was a Canadian National Western Pleasure Reserve Champion and sired
over 80 champions, 28 National winners, and 22 producers of National winners,
making him one of the most influential and important Spanish sires in
the breed. With 483 foals, he is ranked number one on the top ten list
of leading Spanish sires.
